WHY WE GIVE

Giving is worship.

Giving is trust.

Giving is partnership with God.

When we give, we are not simply supporting a church — we are advancing the Kingdom and investing in eternity.

Your generosity supports:

WHY WE GIVE THE TITHE

The tithe (10%) is an act of obedience and honor toward God.

Malachi 3:10 teaches us to bring the full tithe into the storehouse. The tithe belongs to the Lord — it acknowledges Him as our Source.

Tithing:

• Demonstrates covenant relationship
• Builds discipline and trust
• Sustains the local church
• Positions us under God's covering and provision

The tithe is not about obligation — it is about alignment.

WHY WE GIVE SACRIFICIALLY

Sacrificial giving goes beyond comfort.

In 2 Corinthians 9:6–8, Scripture teaches that generous sowing produces generous harvest. Sacrificial giving reflects faith, not fear.

Sacrificial giving:

• Stretches our faith
• Expands our capacity to trust God
• Demonstrates that He is greater than our resources
• Invites supernatural provision

Sacrifice is not equal amounts — it is equal trust.

WHY WE GIVE FIRST FRUITS

First Fruits is giving God the first and best portion — not the leftover.

Proverbs 3:9–10 says to honor the Lord with the firstfruits of all your increase. First Fruits declares that God is first in our finances, priorities, and life.

First Fruits:

• Establishes divine order
• Releases blessing over what remains
• Sets the tone for the year or season
• Demonstrates honor and priority

When God is first, everything else aligns.

HOW TO PREPARE TO GIVE

• Pray and seek God's direction
• Reflect on His goodness
• Give in faith
• Expect harvest from obedience
